How can hiring a coach help me?

Having a coach in your corner will help you in a number of ways. You’ll have instant accountability. Knowing that there is someone expecting you to follow through on your actions is a big motivator.

You’ll also have someone to help you cut through all the clutter that often pops up when you are trying to set goals.

You’ll have someone who can help you set milestones of achievement for yourself. This will help you to focus on the short term habits and small wins that will help you achieve long term goals.

Why do you only talk about and share a limited number of products like nutrition plans and supplements?

Everything that I share with you as your coach is based on knowledge I’ve attained or experiences I’ve had myself. Otherwise, it’s something that I’ve learned from someone I know and their experience.

I can’t tell you about or teach what I don’t know. I feel the same about any produce or service I share, so I only share what I know or what I’ve learned firsthand from others.

Keep in mind that the tools and products I share are those that have either worked for me or someone I know. They are not recommendations.

Everyone’s bodies and life circumstances are different. Ultimately, you are the expert on you, so you must use your own discretion when deciding whether or not to try a product or service.

Why do you require a fee for challenge group participation?

I require a fee for my challenge groups because I believe each challenger should be fully committed to the group and the challenge in order for it to make a difference in their life.

It’s easy to fall off track or skip something that you’re not fully invested in. I find that when you put money on the table, you’re much more likely to stay invested in what you’ve started. And somehow along the way, you start to be more invested in other things like your workout and eating habits too!

What’s the difference between one on one coaching and self led programs

One on One Coaching

This option will give you direct access to me via video conferencing or chat. Together we’ll build a strategy that is designed specifically for you and your needs.

We’ll schedule specific times for us to meet. Typically bi-weekly. We’ll use these meetings to plan, review, track, and refine as we move forward on your fitness journey together.

Self Led Programs

These are programs that I’ve designed typically to address specific challenges that you might be facing on your fitness journey. You can start these programs at any time and work through them at your own pace. These often include worksheets and/or exercises that you need to complete in order to complete the course.

What diet did you use to lose weight?

Short answer is, I didn’t diet. I absolutely hate diets.

  • They typically only provide you with short term results.

  • Many of them require you to cut out certain things altogether or eat portions that are so small that I always feel hungry.

  • Some require you to eat food that doesn’t taste good.

I’m not signing up for any of that!

The is only one eating program that I’ve tried and enjoyed. It’s called the 2B Mindset®. It’s not about restricting food, limiting portions, starving yourself, or depriving yourself of things you love. It’s a program that teaches you how to eat healthy for the long run and enjoy it too.

I’m down for that!
