Coaching Options

The following service offerings are designed to help you achieve your personal wellness goals in a manner that is most meaningful and effective for you. Options 1 and 2 are focused on eating habits because what you put into your body is foundation for wellness. Exercise is optional for those services, but is encouraged. Exercise will help you get to your goals faster and provides health benefits as well because our bodies were designed to move. Since exercise is optional in those selections, those options are also great for anyone who cannot workout due to a physical limitation. Option 3 is an a la carte service that lets you focus in on a specific goal of your choice. You tell me what habit you want to develop and we’ll work together to make it happen!

2B Mindset® ACcountability Group

Designed to give you your own success team that provides you with daily motivation, group support, and accountability as you pursue your new eating habits from the 2B Mindset program. The group is hosted via a mobile app so you can track your progress and connect with your group anytime. Your support team, program guide, and I are always right there with you wherever you go!

Designed to provide you with personalized, one on one coaching from me. I’ll provide you with a daily source of motivation, support, and accountability as you pursue your new eating habits from the 2B Mindset program. Single habit coaching

Designed to provide you with personalized, one on one coaching from me on wellness goal of your choice. It could be improving your diet, building an exercise habit, starting a meditation practice, improving your mindset, or any other wellness goal. The choice is yours! This option allows you to focus in on one particular habit that you want to form. It could be a negative habit you want to replace, or a positive one that you want to begin. This one one one coaching is hosted via a mobile app so we can track your progress and keep in touch anytime. I’m always right there to offer you support, guidance, and encouragement wherever you go!

ABOUT ME

After losing over 60 pounds and beating high blood pressure, I became passionate about health and fitness and the impact it can have on your quality of life. I approach both coaching and instructing with joy, positivity, and compassion. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client achieve goals and fall in love with health and fitness!

 
 
 

EXPERIENCE

For the past ten years, I have been learning and growing as both a student and leader in the field of health and wellness. With a background in process improvement and root cause analysis, I have a thorough understanding of how to identify the source of unhealthy habits and know what it takes to replace those habits with healthy ones that last a lifetime.
